Shipping/Handling charges for delivery inside Australia and outside Australia will be made at cost, and can be individually quoted. We will quote you by email if you request it.

Items must be returned in 14 days and have not been used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and re-shipping charges are at your cost. Custom made,Made to order,special order items can not be returned or exchanged.
We accept Checks and money orders must be paid in Australian dollars only. Schools, libraries and universities may send a purchase order, after which we will send a pro-forma invoice for you to pay. Orders cannot be shipped C.O.D. or on account.
