Shipping & Handling
Shipping/Handling charges for delivery inside Australia and outside Australia will be made at cost, and can be individually quoted. We will quote you by email if you request it.
Customer Responsibility
Please choose you items carefully as you do not have automatic right to return goods.
Please check that your shipping detail are correct; KFD Group does not accept responsibilty for goods lost under this circumstance.
Please check that your payment details are correct; we reserve the right to recover any bank or finance charges in this case from you the customer.
Import Duties and Sales Tax – If any charges are imposed by the importing country, this is your responsibility. We advise you contact your Customs department if you are concerned about any possible charges.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item because of incorrect fitting, or because the style or colour does not match online information, it can returned for credit or exchanged if in mint condition.
Items must be returned in 14 days and have not been used.
We apologise that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and re-shipping charges are at your cost .
Custom made, made-to-order, or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Policy
We accept checks and money orders paid in Australian dollars only.
Schools, libraries and universities may send a purchase order, after which we will send a pro-forma invoice for you to pay.
Orders cannot be shipped C.O.D. or on account.
